GOOD THYME CATERING's food is generous, fresh, colorful, and tasty. We gather exotic mushrooms, and when possible, harvest the produce from our own Biointensive garden. With enough notice, we may be able to grow it for your event!

Owner and chef DEBRA DAWSON began cooking in France in the 1970's, then with partner Jacques Peré, operated CAFÉ DE LA GRANGE and LITTLE RIVER CAFE on the Mendocino Coast. Both were well-loved for robust, authentic French country cuisine, enthusiastically reviewed in New West, 101 Best Restaurants of Northern California, and
Hidden Restaurants of Northern California.
In the 80's Debra was chef at NAVARRO RIDGE INN. review And in the 90's she created specialties for the MOOSE CAFE in Mendocino and taught European and Middle Eastern cooking at College of the Redwoods. Since the 1980's Debra has done private catering in every imaginable setting, developing her own style based on expertise in seasoning and the use of seasonal and organic ingredients.
