Here's what customers say about "Herbs for Terrific
Turkey"
" . . . I've never found a spice that I couldn't live without, until I had
the TERRIFIC TURKEY. I'll be so happy to see them in the mailbox. . . we
live now, as you can see, in New York, . . . far from a major city.
I miss many things about California, and this Terrific Turkey Herb is definitely
one of them. It is so special to me that I use it sparingly in order to keep
it as long as possible. I've thought of a slogan, "Using is Believing!"

"Last November my husband and I went to Mendocino and dined at Cafe Beaujolais
. . . before dinner we strolled around Mendocino and I picked up a jar of
herbs, called Debra Dawson's Herbs for Terrific Turkey. This is the
most delightful herb blend that I have ever used on poultry, and Ms. Dawson's
company is called Good Thyme Herb Company. . . when
I cooked a roasted chicken dinner for 40 people, I was asked what I used
as it was so tasty . . . "

Heaphy, in a letter to FINE COOKING Magazine, 1999
"Dear Debra;
Hi. I want you to know that I won your box of 6 wonderful herb blends
and cookbook at the SFPFS (San Francisco Professional Food Society) main
event auction in August. Your TERRIFIC TURKEY saved my Christmas and
I am very thankful to you! . . . my mother is an exceptional
cook . . . I am not, and I got very nervous when my mom flew in this
Christmas for dinner. Your simple suggestions on the bottle worked
out great! Our turkey was tender, moist, and so tasty!! . . .
I'm looking forward to your other blends and recipes, and shall venture forth.
Thank you, Debra. "

Here’s what customers say about Herbes de
Provence
“Dear People (that’s us)
About a year ago, I ordered your “Herbes de Provence” from Carol Hall’s Hot
Pepper Jelley Co. inFort Bragg, CA. I have never looked back. I use
the mixture on everything! (You would not believe how good it is sprinkled
thickly on top of cream cheese--with a few chili flakes for good measure—on
a bagel with cream cheese, ham or turkey, and ripe tomato. I would
trample people for this.) Anyway, I am nearly out of the mixture, and
panic set in . . . .
